All “3-Hours Rush Self Pickup Service” orders will be ready for collection in 1-3 hours. We will send an email notification to buyer with collection code once the order is ready.
All products that are in stock are eligible for this service. In some cases, we might cancel the order where we have to get the product from our different storage unit or item is damaged / out of stock.
You can pick up your order yourself or choose someone else to pick it up (Friends & Family Pickup). To have your order picked up by someone else, you must notify us with the person detail who will collect the order on your behalf with the collection code.
